A unique opportunity to join an established New Zealand business at a strategic level, with over 100 staff across the South Island our clients seeking a seasoned people manager with a focus on change, organisational development and the bottom line.
Reporting directly to the CEO the role consists of analysing business functions, defining areas of attention, organisational realignment, updated performance management systems and driving change.
You will have a track record of successfully turning around under performing teams; understand core functions of business sectors and deliverables. Setting short and long term mile stones at a strategic level and reporting to the board of directors and CEO. This role sits 2nd tier of the business structure and as the corporate services manager you will have 6 direct reports over 120 staff responsible for a split of 70% people management and 30% strategic.
To be considered for this position you will have worked for a National or International Brand with C level responsibility; or evolved from a top 4 consulting firm in a business change capacity.
