As this large, iconic brand gears up for change the need arises for an experienced HR Process Consultant to join the project team – an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, global project that will seriously add value and provide a solid grounding for your next career move.
Part of the wider change team, the focus in this role will be on HR Processes where you will undertake review, redevelopment and implementation of key processes across resourcing and learning and development. You will be confident in becoming the process expert’, helping drive forward the HR component of the change piece in order for the business to meet its desired outcomes within designated timeframes.
You will have considerable experience in an HR role with a focus on end to end organizational change and demonstrate exposure to both resourcing and learning and development within a large organization. You will be analytical with excellent planning and organizational skills – taking a structured approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
Key to your success will also be your ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, gaining buy-in and ensuring the success of the project.
