Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 6 staff working on the disassembly and storage of mechanical & suspension components into quality spare parts.
While you dont need to be a mechanic, you will have mechanical skills and an excellent understanding of automotive components.
This is a hands on position and your skill-set will include
People Management skills to lead the team
An excellent understanding of automotive components
Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues & customers
Problem solving skills
Stock and Inventory management
Youll be a mature and energetic performer who gains the respect and support of your team.
You will take full ownership of processes and procedures and not be afraid to drive through any necessary changes to eliminate inconsistencies and implement improvements.
