An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a leader in marketing department of two of NZs favorite brands. Noel Leeming Group has recently reviewed its processes and as a result are implementing the most up to date and streamlined processes, ensuring top level production for our high volume advertising material. To this, we need a super star Advertising Manager to lead in the creation and production of Noel Leeming and Bond + Bond brand advertising collateral. This is an exciting time to be part of something big, and to make this new role your own!
The Advertising Manager will be charged with the design, production and implementation of marketing campaigns which seek to grow and develop both brands, and which sees them continue to be the top in their class! In the role you will manage the scheduling, placement and production of all relevant advertising material and marketing collateral (household mailers, press, TVCs, Radio, VM, Online etc).
Reporting to the NLG Marketing Manager you will manage a team of Marketing Coordinators and the Visual Merchandise Coordinator. Ensuring the smooth transition of systems and an ongoing high performance of the team is key to the success of the role.
We are looking for a talented marketer who will relish the opportunity to get totally stuck into this fantastic opportunity! You will have 3 to 5 years experience in high volume marketing at a similar level, either in an agency environment, or from a similar retail environment. You will be able to point to a successful track record achieving top level commercial results and analytical ability to back this up. Naturally, communication skills (dealing at all levels), strong attention to detail and organization skills are imperative for this role.
