- Proven People and Change Management Experience
- Strong understanding of organizational culture
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working within a large consulting environment
Process and Operations
- Proven ability working across economic recovery, business operations, customer-centric process, cost management, business process design, process analyst, or procurement.
Technology
- Strong Project Management experience within an IT consultancy
- Experience across designing IT strategies, developing technology architecture and design, enterprise applications, project management, or operational management.
