Due to business growth and internal promotions Xchanging are currently lookingto appoint Case Managers forour Melbourne CBD office.
The Positions:
Covering the start of the claims process from determination of liability, management of early intervention and RTW, reviewing of medical evidence and making decisions based on the correct legislation. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders is paramount to strong and sustainable outcomes.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and determining liability on claims
- Preparing for, attending and performing at claims reviews highlighting your excellent claims strategies, results and communicating further with your stakeholders
- Assist workers return to work through service oriented case management
- Ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately
To be successful in this position you should meet the following selection criteria:
- Experience as a Case Manager within theWorkers Compensation Scheme
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with different IT applications
