This is a great opportunity to join a global leader as their Strategic Architect for their Operational Support Services product range
As the Strategic Architect you will be responsible for establishing, detailing and driving the OSS targeted architecture and strategy including the implementation of control systems. You will provide the checkpoint for project and operations based solution design for a high level view and integration points. You will provide support to the Client’s Architect in such areas as planning, resourcing, quality assurance and coaching.
Other responsibilities will involve high level programme management and executive relationship management.
To be successful in this position you will need the following:
- You will have worked in a similar role providing strategic architecture in an OSS environment – you will also have extensive solution design experience
- You will have a good understanding of business transformation and business process re-engineering
- Extensive experience with Architectural governance and reporting to Steering committees
- Experience with organisational change management and stakeholder analysis and management
- Experience with on-boarding and working with partner vendors managing operational transition work programs
- Project/ Programme Management (ideally Prince2 or PMI)
- Telecommunication sector experience is essential for this role
- Extensive understanding of inventory management, Service Assurance and IP
