applications for the position of
Needs Assessment Service Coordinator
Maternity Leave Cover
This is a full time position. The role of service
coordination will involve working with the
Service Users and their whanau to identify
and facilitate access to community and
disabilities support services, to action
practical service and support options.
Applicants should have the following
competencies and experience:
Registered Nurse, BSW or equivalent
qualification.
Experience in Mental Health service
provision.
Knowledge of Community Support
Agencies.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Te Reo Maori, Taranaki
Tikanga and a proven ability to relate to a
wide cross-section of cultures and people.
Excellent report writing skills.
Experience with IT systems and
knowledge of information technology.
Clean Drivers Licence.
