A busy Import/Export company in the city is looking for a “career receptionist” to dedicate themself to this business.

The role would consist of providing all the usual reception duties – a fabulous smile, great phone manner, smart presentation, and a helpful attitude!

You will also be charged with the smooth day to day running of the office, including:

  • Distribution of daily mail and couriers
  • Managment of petty cash
  • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable
  • Banking Cheques
  • Debtors Follow up
  • Sales – assistance with samples/reports/photocopying
  • Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Monthly sales reports – assist to photocopy and file for sales guys.
  • Packaging up sales gifts etc
  • Assist with shipping/accts/sales filing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Some accounts experience would be an advantage
  • Smart presentation
  • Professional phone manner
  • A positive attitude and lots of common sense!!
