Between 8:45 am and 2:45pm with school holidays off if required?
Minimum 2 days and possibly up to 3 days a week – on days to suit your other commitments.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
Experience and accuracy in processing creditors and debtors invoices.
Able to code in the Bank link system (or at least experienced in another bank based accounting system)
Accuracy and ability with Excel spread sheets and word.
Able to prepare IRD returns for the company including PAYE and computer generated GST returns
A good part of the job includes a variety of other work and general administration and a vehicle would be an advantage for occasional trips from the office (with milage allowance)
We are a well established design & build company with a growing demand for our services. Youll need to be friendly and able to get on with our small in-house team and site sub -contractors and have a good phone and reception attitude.
