Unique Broker Support Coordinator role – $45 – $50K
Working closely with 2 Advisors in a close knit values driven team, you will be supporting them with quotations, approvals and referrals whilst processing all the insurance, finance and investment contracts. You will gain excellent exposure to the financial services world with an opportunity to grow within this professional and leading organisation.
The role will involve but not be limited to;
  • Processing invoices and quotations and all insurance, finance and investment contracts
  • Collating documentation for advisor meetings
  • Updating renewals and policy documentation
  • Dealing with general client queries
In-depth knowledge of all services offered across the board
You will ideally have some exposure to insurance or financial services in either a customer focussed or administrative role. Highly attentive to detail with excellent time management skills, you will enjoy supporting others and managing a busy workload in a fast paced environment. A confident, professional, proactive and can do attitude is essential!
