Our client is a well known, successful and respected award winning real estate franchise operating in the Hutt Valley. With an eye to future growth and expansion they are seeking to employ a real estate cadet to join their business.
This position has always been well sought after and previous cadets have reached the No 1 sales position in the Company. Out of their top four performers, three have been previous cadets.
Their Cadetship programme has delivered proven results. This year we are looking for that special person who is between the age of 20-30, has a passion to succeed, and who can prove they have work ethic and the drive to become Upper Hutts No. 1 Salesperson. Our preference is for someone residing in the Hutt Valley area.
The successful candidate will be mentored by previous award winning cadets as well as having dedicated one on one mentoring from the Principal, Malcolm Gillies, on a regular basis. The breadth of tuition being offered is unmatched in the industry, covering all aspects from land development, new building, real estate sales and business management.
This is a salaried position for the right person who must be prepared to start at the bottom, work hard and be prepared to set goals and achieve them.
