With the continued growth of our business we are seeking an experienced Substation Maintenance Team Leader.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Committed to safety, quality and customer service
- Achieve client KPIs
- Identify defective client equipment
- Complete QA documentation and field procedures
- Ensure high voltage maintenance work is compliant to client quality specifications
- Able to work flexible hours to support the operational needs
- Assist maintenance supervisor to plan and organise maintenance work
- Able to participate in a standby roster to cover fault call outs
Key skills required:
- Experience in HV substation maintenance
- Ability to lead people and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Technical problem solving abilities
- Work planning, organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills
Qualifications/training required:
- You should have a relevant trade qualification with an electrical or mechanical trade background.
- A first line management qualification would be an advantage
