In this role you will be responsible for developing and reviewing industry standards and qualifications for a range of Agriculture and Water industry training programmes as well as contributing to the implementation of these.You will ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in development and evaluation of adult education, and knowledge of industry training systems in New Zealand.You should also be able to display meticulous attention to detail, initiative, self-management, analytical skills and have proven research experience.In return for your skills and enthusiasm, we offer a supportive and fun team environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the Agriculture industry.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
