We areon the look outfor talented inbound customer service representatives to work in an advisory role in an inbound call centre. You will be making a difference to peoples lives around New Zealand.Successful applicants will have the following skills:-The ability to givesound advice and practical solutions to problems- Helpful and friendly demeanour over the phone- Be excellent at asking the right questions to gain information- Superior customer service skills
-Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite- The ability to interpret and relay legislation To beconsidered forthe role you will need lifeskills and the knowledge to provide practical solutions to problems. You will be quality focused in your work and be able to multitask while talking to clients on the phone. Previous customer service experience is a must.
