The key purpose of the role is to provide administrative services within the ACPL Acquisition and Disposal team to ensure that related customer enquiries, financial systems, information/document management and reporting requirements are well managed and support a high level of team excellence.
Some of the key components of the role include:
- Diary and meetings management, preparation of agendas, minutes and implementation of tasks arising from meetings
- Project administration support such as recording time, timesheet management, invoicing, purchase orders etc
- Maintenance of a number of data bases and tracking sheets
- Support fleet vehicle booking andadministration
- General administration support such as filing, dictation and managing stationery when required for the team
The tasks are variedand your days will be varied.
Initiative, integrity and flexibility will be second nature to you. You will thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working in a team and have the ability to juggle an ever-changing workload.You will have intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and be confident working with database systems especially SAP.With great attention to detail you also have the ability to multi-task and possess strong relationship building, written and numerical skills.If you are a team player but a self-starter that likes to take ownership and responsibility then please, apply now.
