If you have a passion for outstanding customer service and are great on the phone, then talk the hours away in our vibrant call centre. As you are the first port of call for all of the services offered by the New Zealand Post Group, here you will encounter a wide range of customer queries, with no two days ever the same. We pride ourselves on our diversity and a real passion for what we do. With such a large organisation we currently have three positions available for call centre stars to join this fast paced and dynamic contact centre.
Ideally you have previous call centre experience, clear communications skills, strong IT and keyboard skills (40 words per minute) along with buckets of enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude. The hours of the call centre are between 8.00am – 5.30pm and you will work 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. It would be ideal, but not essential, if you are flexible with working on alternate Saturdays from 9.00am 12.00pm.
