THE ROLE
We are looking for an experiencedLecturer who can deliver training for the National Diploma in Business Levels 5 and 6. Your role will be dedicated to working with a committed team of professionals in setting a benchmark for quality education both in delivery and methodology.
Your passion in adult education will be supplemented by appropriate certifications for assessment and moderation of NZQA unit standards. The Academic roles include but are not limited to the following:
Helping students with study skills
.Analysing grade statistics and reports and taking action
Creating and amending various operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness and solve day to day issues
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A tertiary or Bachelor degree, Diplomaand proven teaching experience in either Business Communication /Administration /Management/Finance.
- Ability to deliver course material in a planned, logical manner
- GoodICT skills
- Good spoken and written English Language skills.
- Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ateaching Role at level 6, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and adaptable attitude to your work, combined with a positive approach to problem solving will suit this position.
