Due to expansion and growth we are currently looking for an additional recruitment consultant to join our team in East Tamaki. We are looking for driven business thinkers who can consult at all levels with a range of organisations within the South Auckland area. With experience of B2B Sales you will focus on driving our specialist Business Support desk providing a range of recruitment solutions to a huge variety of corporate and non corporate organizations. What will you be doing?
- Providing end to end recruitment solutions for a range of administrative and support roles.
- Creating new long standing relationships with our existing and new customers.
- Managing a talent pool of candidates
- Providing support to team when needed
What do you need to be successful?
- Solid background in recruitment or sales preferred
- Proven performance in a target driven role
- Ability to work in a process driven environment
- Enthusiasm, ambition and a positive attitude
- A genuine desire to be part of a fantastic team
