The Job
You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and ensuring that these relationships are kept strong and the service levels standards are been met. Having a natural flair for sales, you will be expected to be targeting and gaining new business at the higher end as well as developing your base of Key Clients. There is a small team in place now and with the right leadership, it is expected that this will change very quickly in 2012.
The Ideal Person
Ideally you know freight from a domestic level and have had many years of successfully gaining and managing New Business. You may be in a KAM/BDM role now but are looking to move into a Sales management position and this is a perfect role to develop your leadership skills. This is a varied role within a kiwi business that is totally unique and is growing stronger in a competitive market. You will have a full range of services from Courier to International Freight Forwarding to offer your clients and it is expected that the successful candidate will have a proven sales background in these areas.
