This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international brand but within a family business. We are looking for an experienced, well organised, proactive Payroll Administrator to work within a team-focused environment who can hit the ground running.
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide an end to end payroll service for 600 employees.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll on a weekly basis,
Statutory returns, month end payroll related accounts reconciliations and ensuring smooth running of the payroll system.
Handling general payroll queries from internal clients
Key attributes we are looking for are:
Fast, accurate data entry skills
Attention to detail
Superb time management skills
An enthusiastic and friendly nature
IT literate, experience working with PayGlobal essential
Working knowledge of NZ employment/payroll legislation and tax requirements
With your previous PayGlobal experience, you will be reliable, flexible and enjoy our fast paced team environment.
