Multiserve is a leading education service facilitator who provides many services to schools including staff payroll and student transport. We are currently looking for a Team Administrator who will play a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment, juggling the needs of our Operations Manager and the team.
You’re a self-starter and an organised Administrator who values innovation and creativity. You’re cool under pressure and enjoy working in a fast energetic team. You can juggle competing demands and manage diaries, correspondence, report writing, minutes and the surprise tasks that will come your way.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of attention-to-detail
  • Be a competent basic user of Microsoft Office Products Suite
  • Client service focused
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks
You will be energetic and able to work independently as well as with the Transport Management Services team.
