If you have an Intellectual Property secretarial background, this unique role may be a great extension of your skills and experience.The purpose of this role is to ensure that all special instructions received from clients have been accurately recorded, that the database has been updated and that the legal and support staff have been informed.Key attributes for this role include:-
- high level of attention to detail
- ability to analyse and interpret complex instructions
- accurate keyboarding skills
- able to build relationships throughout the firm and work unsupervised
- knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ability to learn a comprehensive case management system
- strong client focus, excellent communication and a “can do” problem solving attitude
