Your role as the Manager of Operations will oversee a very important business group that is critical to the smooth operation to their overall business. As the Operations Manager you will be accountable for the delivery of high quality service and provide strong leadership and coaching to ensure that service delivery and service quality targets of all functions are consistently achieved. You will be accountable for your teams performance and it will be your responsibility to manage work volumes, enhance processes to ensure effectiveness across the board and achieve the business objectives within the allocated budget. You will oversee strategic development, and manage and establish effective working relationships across other areas of the business.You will have the following attributes;

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
  • Knowledge and experience in financial and business management processes, particularly business planning.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Outgoing vibrant personality
  • The ability to liaise to a wide audience

You will be an innovative, driven individual who is customer focus and known for your excellent interpersonal skills. You will have a high level of integrity and always be looking to develop yourself, your team and the wider business unit while being able to work with a wide variety of interfaces.
