ProductionSupervisor wanted for a Multinational Food Manufacturing company. You will work for one of New Zealands largest and progressive FMCG plants, and produce some of NZ’s finest iconic products.

The position reports to the Plant Manager, and is responsible for all day shift production activities, within the plant.
Within this role, you will be responsible for: (not limited to)managing teams of between 8-15 staff; ensuring morale and efficiencyensuring quality of productionmaintaining safe work procedures and processesRostering of staff shiftsProblem solving
We are seeking someone with proven leadership experience, within an FMCG facility (a must). Must be familiar with GMP and SAP.You will be confident working within a fast paced and challenging environment, ensuring deadlines are met, whilst maintaining plant safety and product quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and problem solving skills and intermediate computer skills are essential.
You will be career orientated and enjoy working towards the greater company objective, while making it a safe and great place to work.
