We bring emergency care, help and kindness to people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.Our Planning and Development team are looking for an experienced Resource & Planning Analyst to join their Mt Wellington based team.This role is responsible for Resource and Planning Analysis within the wider performance team, providing analytical support for the Regional Operations Managers and District Operations Managers nationally.In particular this analytical support will focus on the optimal deployment and configuration of our operational resources including facilities, personnel and vehicles.Key outcomes for this role include:
- Ensuring data and information is a key part of management decision making based on high quality analysis and insights
- Identifying areas of performance improvement and working with the regional teams to ensure changes are made to deliver improvements
- Analysing the impact on performance of notable changes to our resourcing
You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and be able to display technical competence with appropriate analytical tools. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, as is being a highly analytical and logical thinker with the ability to interpret information and understand the underlying causes.
