This young and dynamic operation is looking to appoint a person to assist customers in their busy insurance business. This diverse role will see you responsible for: Managing call-backs of existing clients Updating insurance policies Answering all queries appropriately Collating call data Providing general support when neededThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in a call-centre environment, excellent attention to detail and proficient keyboard skills.
