We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic and commercially focused HR Business Partner to support the Products and Operations business focusing on Technology which encompasses teams across Auckland and Wellington.You will have a strong knowledge of change particularly facilitation and coaching to build people leader capability. The role is required to influence senior internal stakeholders and provide pragmatic and strategic HR solutions and advice as a genuine business partner.Key accountabilities include:
- Providing high quality HR consulting support and advice to People Leaders across the full spectrum of people activities, including performance, talent, employee engagement and capability building
- Leading change initiatives to support people leader capability development.
You will be looking for a challenging contract role where you can use your extensive human resource and change management experience to make a real impact and drive business performance.
