We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator/Accounts Clerk to join our busy team based in Harewood, Christchurch. To be successful for this role you will be efficient and organised and work to a high level of accuracy and integrity.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Commit to and comply with all elements of Firths safety practises.

To provide clerical, administrative, and general office duties, including typing, record and file maintenance.

Enter process and maintain customer and/or supplier transactions and masterfile information.

To receive and respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints (internal and external).

Ensure that customer/supplier and general ledger clearing accounts are regularly reconciled and signed off.

Maintain employees personal files and prepare and submit timesheets and provide to payroll.

Commit to and comply with all Firth policies and procedures to ensure cohesion and commonality across the company.
