Since 1987 SkyCare International has lead the industry in corporate aircraft handling within New Zealand. At SkyCare we understand that Corporate Aviation requires the ability to support the diverse needs of our clients, passengers, aircraft and crew. We currently require an Operations Assistant to help meet these needs.
Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday covering an 8-hour rotating shift between the hours of 0800-1830 each day.Additional hours will be required to coveroperational needs so you must be extremely flexible including availability on call and on weekends as needed.

Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel

An aviation background would be an advantage

Reporting to Manager Operations, your main responsibilities will include:

Flight facilitation
-
Operations dutiesincluding flight planning
-
Arranging crew flights and accommodation
-
Liaison with border control authorities
-
Industry notifications
-
VIP meet and greets atinternational and domestic terminals
-
Baggage handling and marshalling (training available)

Reception cover and general office duties
-
Invoicing and administrative duties
