This management role is responsible for the smooth running of the Front Office and Guest Services teams, so requires a motivated, detail focused, level-headed individual with a true passion for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Manager with proven skills in all facets of hotel Front Office operations. Being operational and hands-on is essential along with extensive knowledge of Fidelio/Opera. This is a varied role that encompasses the responsibility of day to day operations, customers service levels, staff management and departmental training along with assisting in the financial reporting and accountability for the department.
