This role sits in a relatively small HR team, replacing a proven “star” that has definitely left things in good shape. The team gets along very well and are supportive and friendly so ideally your personality will compliment this.

The main aspect of the role will be in helping with the running of Payroll using SAP so it is important that you have proven experience in a fortnightly payroll for a similar sized organisation (400+ staff) preferably using SAP. It is a busy role so you must be someone that can be trusted to get on with things. You will also provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager and Human Resources team and will provide information to clients from the HR Information System
