Our client, one of New Zealands largest trustee organisations has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive/Legal Secretary to join their Lower Hutt team.
You must have ample Residential Conveyancing experience coupled with proficiency in Wills, Trusts and Estate administration.
This is a unique opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Legal Executive who is seeking a stable and true Legal Executive position. Working within a team of professional individuals who toil hard and enjoy doing it, you cannot go wrong!
Your primary responsibilities in this role will be to complete settlements from initial instruction through to completion, liaising with clients and e-dealing so you must be competent with all functions of the Landonline system.
Your sound Conveyancing experience will be key to your success in securing this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of initiative, be proactive in approach and have the ability to liaise directly with clients. You will have a friendly personality, strong communication skills and thrive on working in a busy and exhilarating team.
