To be part of this team you will need to have 1-3 years workers compensation case management experience with a focus on excellent customer service and experienced in liaising with different employers and stakeholders. Your strong negotiation skills will help you building solid business relationships with stakeholders including medical practitioners, WorkCover authorities and legal bodies. You will also need to be well versed in determining liability and have excellent medical terminology and legislative knowledge.
