Do you have strong ‘soft skills’ facilitation experience, proven ownership and implementation of learning projects, and exceptional relationship building ability?Due to an internal promotion, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Advisor, who thrives in a busy and varied team environment. This role works within the wider People and Development team to contribute to the development, maintenance, and delivery of behavioural competency based learning for Vero NZ’s internal customers.The successful candidate will have the right mix of experience within a similar internal environment. This includes provision of high quality and timely advice on behavioural learning, application of training methodology, experience of ‘soft skills’ group facilitation, proven development and implementation of learning initiatives, and experience maintaining learning material. This role is highly collaborative, working with Vero managers, employees, and external suppliers, so proven relationship building and effective communication skills are essential.To shine in this role, you will be a proactive individual who brings behavioural learning experience, ideas, and an ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiatives as required. A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks is critical, as is resilience and openness to feedback.
