Senior Analyst – Change and Communications
Based in Penrose, Auckland
Health Benefits Limited have the exciting challenge to assist the New Zealand health sector to make a quantum shift in the way non-clinical services are provided for District Health Boards (DHBs). We are building a high quality team to deliver value through collaborative leadership and innovative practices.
Reporting to the Change Manager, this is an exciting and challenging role. It is responsible for providing analytical support as below and advice to all Programme teams.
Responsibilities include providing analytical support:
- To support HBL change initiatives such as policy development, requirements gathering, cost-benefit analysis, requests for information, and project reviews
- Coordination and planning to ensure integration and consistency of messages across multiple programmes distributed across 20 DHBs
- Development of awareness, informational and responsive communications and change management material
- In the collation, management and interpretation of information relating to agreements and contractual terms and conditions
- To the development of cohesive organisational structures, position descriptions and transition and implementation plans for transformation roadmaps to deliver shared services to the 20 DHBs
- In relation to legal requirements and communications provisions for business case development to support transformation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be involved in various aspects of communications, including, providing quality advice, presentations, and reports as required, participate in sector engagement and capability building, assisting the Change Manager in delivering key briefings, launch events and present at forums/meetings, provide advice on holistic organizational / functional design models, support the drafting of Stage 2 business cases as required and appropriate and targeted construction of messaging.
Along with proven knowledge and experience in business analysis, information collation and coordination, presentations and communications, and experience working within a project environment, you will also have a degree in a related business discipline, and advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
