Mercury is a boutique medical recruitment agency that has operated since 1990 in the New Zealand market. In the last 9 years the company has focused on medical recruitment specialising in Doctors from medically compatible countries to work in NZ and Australia.
Our business is growing and we are seeking someone to ensure it continues in this direction.
You will be responsible for;
- Updating and taking ownership of the database ensuring its integrity at all times
- Maintaining and building relationships within the medical field
- Researching the market
- Sourcing new candidates both locally and internationally
- Developing and communicating opportunities/requirements
- Assisting the Recruiters when required
You will be successful in this role if you;
- Love talking on the phone and getting information out of people
- Are proficient in MS-Word/MSExcel and general IT Systems
- Have previous permanent/temporary recruitment, resourcer, medical representative experience (or similar background would be useful)
- Have Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Understand the value of customer service
- Are focussed and work to deadlines
- Work well in a small team environment
- Medical knowledge would be advantageous
