As a result of continued growth we are looking for an experienced asset manager to join an established team based in the South East. As asset manager you will be responsible for gas network plant, assisting and advising the business on best practice for maintenance as well as costs involved.
A major part of the role will be to develop asset management strategies and support the development of the distribution budgets. You will also be expected to develop technical standards and polices for plant, materials, equipment and services of all gas distribution plant.
This position will suit an experienced individual who has worked within energy distribution networks and has first hand knowledge if operational techniques. A good understanding of SCADA and metering systems is extremely advantageous as well as working with SAP or Maximo software.
You will be expected to have good regulatory experience, knowledge of quality systems, written & verbal communication skills, a strong management background and excellent organisational skills.

To be successful you will have:
- Experience within Australia is desirable
