Crown Relocations, a market leader in the moving industry, is looking for an enthusiastic person who has experience in customer service. The position of Origin Services Co-ordinator is an exciting role that operations from our Wellington branch.
This position has been structured to reflect the need for Crown to maintain an absolute focus on our customers needs during their relocation. This role has responsibility for co-ordinating moves (local, national & international) that originate from Wellington.
You will be organised, totally focused on customer service, an absolute whiz on computers, have database skills, and the following talents:
Enthusiasm and energy
Self motivated with exceptional time management skills
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication skills (written & oral)
High attention to detail
An ability to address problems as they arise
Appreciate that being a team player is a guaranteed way to succeed
Previous Customer Service experience is essential as is the ability to deal with numerous projects simultaneously. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, sales focused international company.
