They provide a comprehensive range of services to its clients across the whole life cycle of their physical infrastructure assets.
We are seeking Contracts Managers to support already established teams providing construction, maintenance and surfacing contracts based in the Central North Island of New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for planning and tendering, participation in the management and quality delivery of assigned contracts, achieving target results, optimising resource use, management and coaching of staff, H&S and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Experience:
  • Roading infrastructure project experience
  • Contract management experience
  • Maintaining and building client relationships
  • People management and development
  • Health & Safety, Quality and Environment focus
  • Ability to ‘think outside the square’
  • Excellent computer skills, e.g. Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma/BE Civil or equivalent
