We are undergoing an Innovation Renovation( new website launch date 1st Feb) and are looking for Key Talent to fit within our Business Model to manage theNorthland Region.A solid understanding and awareness of the Northland Community and culture would be advantageous.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be a very experienced Recruiter with a natural affinity in a Sales environment and an ability to sell honestly and with integrity as well as showing a true understanding and commitment to the Northland Community at large. You will have a reputation of being sincere, proactive, successful and a competent Opener and Closer. You will be able to self manage and be committed to the success of your clients businesses and your candidates futures. You will need to have an office set up from home however you will conduct all interviews off site.This is a rare opportunity for someone who is wanting to put some skin in the game ( not a financial investment but a complete immersion of yourself into the goals ofour company) and is looking to generate a solid six figure income in the area of recruitment .

You will be engaged through the business as anindependent contractor to manage theNorthlandRegion alongside the Director of the business who is hands on in all Regions. The other Regions each have Regional Managers so your focus will beNorthland mainly. You will be paid on invoice and responsible for your own tax and GST payments ( being GST registered is not essential in the first instance). This is a very high commission role whereby you are paida LARGE %of ALL Fee placements made . Your earning potential will be simply a result of your input with full support, guidance and inspiration from the Director and team Nationwide. All costs associated with the recruitment process are covered bythis business but you will need your own home office with suitable Computer, Printer etc to complete your Admin duties.This is in reality a “work for your self” opportunity in a Business Development rolewith a nice mix of Account managementand you will have the benefit of being associated with a respected brand and an innovative business with a team of VERY HAPPY recruiters , HR Consultants and Employment Law specialists. We offer a full spectrum of service Nationwide and you will play a key role in the team.
