Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Senior Architect to join their team in Wellington. Their work is characterised by an emphasis on providing quality design solutions that integrate commercial imperatives and social objectives. They are looking for someone to hit the ground running who possesses the knowledge and technical skills attained from previous work experience.
This role will see you involved in innovative and functional design solutions and documenting projects in detail. You will have a strong background in architecture and have the ability to manage a wide range of commercial and residential projects. You will be a real self starter, able to manage your own workload effectively and enjoy operating in an autonomous role. The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 6 – 8 years local postgraduate experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- High level documentation skills
- Solid Revit experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other packages.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- An ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with people at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills
- A mature and professional attitude
