We are seeking a passionate, talentedand hard working kitchen hand to start as soon as possible.We are a small but skilled & passionate kitchen team of Chef, SOUS, Commis and part time kitchen hand.We are open for dinner 6 nights Monday to Saturday and lunches on the 3 days from Wednesday to Friday.Generally your roster will be approximately 20+ hrs on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. You may be needed on the odd weekend (Friday & Saturday nights too). Hours increase during a busy December over the Xmas Season.You will need to be FAST, a cleaning fanatic and hard working with an ability to get along with others (be a team player).
