You are
A current store manager, looking take on a new, bigger challenge or an experienced 2IC wanting that next step up. You are a customer focused and driven individual with excellent communication skills, natural people leadership and a genuine love of retail fashion. You understand high volume retail and can get stuck in across all store functions but also delegate effectively.
The role
Our roles are hands on and varied, youll get stuck in across a range of areas including:
- Total leadership, management and development of store team members
- Analyse results & implement strategies to achieve sales and meet performance measures
- Contribute to creating a collaborative, fun results oriented team environment
- Apply exceptional visual merchandising standards and manage inventory
- Build the business in line with our company vision and values
- Establishing strong relationships with senior retail management
