If you have a passion for people, fantastic organisational and communication skills we may have the position for you. The HR team is responsible for providing HR services to approximately 500 staff across a diverse range of services.Youll be responsible for coordinating recruitment across the organisation which will involve regular liaison with job applicants and managers. You will also be responsible for the administrative management of our performance appraisal and salary review system and providing day to day support to the Human Resources Manager. A number of other key HR projects are planned for this year and you will be integral to helping ensure our success with these.Youll need a high level of computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, a typing speed of no less than 60 wpm and be able to effectively manage a variety of concurrent activities. Given the nature of the work a high degree of confidentiality is required at all times. Ideally you will have undertaken some tertiary study in Human Resource Management.
