Our client, a New Zealand owned market leader in the mining industry is currently looking for an experienced Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner. Based on the West Coast of the South Island and being a market leader you will be given excellent career opportunities and the support you would expect for the best in the industry.As an experienced Maintenance Planner you will have a firm grip on what it means to oversee the schedule of a mine, pay attention to detail and use this attribute to optimise maintenance and eliminate preventable work, analyse failures and implement improved strategies, and ultimately have the desire to excel in this role.You will possess a relevant tertiary or trade background, an understanding of electrical and mechanical mining equipment schedules, a high level of computer literacy, a strong practical knowledge.
