Due to an internal promotion this role is a great career opportunity for someone with a QA/GMP Compliance background. You will bea key player who makes a tangible difference to a business in serious growth mode. The position reports to the Head of Quality and is part of the team which ensures quality and compliance within Argenta Research.
In your day to day role, youd be working closely with the R&D and Commercialisation scientists to review documentation, provide Quality Assurance advice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Argenta is a young business which has already become a market leader both locally and internationally, and in conjunction with the Head of Quality and team, you would have the ability to be a key input into the ongoing design of the systems that organise and control R&D activity and documentation.
As you are reviewing the work of others, an eye for detail as well as developing and maintaining strong internal relationships is key to the success of the role. You need to be a strong communicator and problem solver to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Reviewing R&D documentation and providing advice on compliance requirements
Working flexibly to provide compliance solutions that ensure R&D can function efficiently whilst meeting stringent requirements
Developing systems to organise and control R&D activities and documents
Providing training on Quality Assurance and compliance requirements
You must have:
A relevant tertiary qualification eg. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry
Experience working in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical or allied industry
Analytical experience is preferred
Excellent writing and editing skills
