We love people who apply the same amount of care and passion to their jobs as they do their hobbies, people who help us create Great Hotels Guests Love.At the moment we have a great opportunity for aSenior Guest ExperienceManager to join our team atInterContinental Wellington.You’ll be involved in all relevant matters affecting guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.In addition, you’ll respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise;supervise, direct and support Reception,Food and Beverageand Reservations teams during peak periods. You will also be fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
