CCS Disability Action is a Community Organization who have provided support to disabled people and their families for over 75 years. Our purpose is to strengthen communities and provide support so people with disabilities are included in the life of their family / whanau and their community.We are looking to fill one Community Support Coordinator position to support youth and adults based at our South Auckland office. This role is full time for a 6 month, fixed term with a possibility of becoming permanent at the end of that period. The work is to develop and implement a range of flexible community supports enabling whanau to remain strong and connected.We would love to hear from you, if you:

  • Have experience of working together effectively with youth, adults and families / whanau to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Have the ability to identify what needs to be done and to organize and motivate yourself to do it.
