You’ll be starting in their inbound Contact Centre taking calls from both new and existing customers who are calling regarding insurance products. Within 6 months, providing you’ve proven yourself, you could find yourself promoted to the Claims team or to other parts of the business. The opportunities are endless!

Is this you?
We’re looking for people with solid work experience within customer service coupled with the motivation to succeed.You’ll be competent working in a computerised environment and enjoy interacting with customers.
You’ll be available to work rosters mainly between Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm and Sat/Sun 8am – 6pm over a 37.5 hour week. You’ll only ever be rostered to work one weekend day, which is likely to be a Saturday, once a month and over the course of a year, Sunday rosters will be at a minimum…..but you might already be promoted before that time!!
